Renew your SAAREB, TAREB & NAREB® membership
To renew your membership with the San Antonio Association of Real Estate Brokers, Texas Association of Real Estate Brokers and the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, simply pay the respective membership category and complete the application in full.
Membership Classifications
Renewing Broker $200:
Real Estate Broker who is duly licensed in the State of Texas and certified by the local board or by membership approved by the Board of Directors.
Renewing Associate (Salesperson) $130:
Real Estate Salesperson (REALTOR®) who is duly licensed in the State of Texas any real estate broker.
Renewing Allied Member $160:
Those individuals and companies, engaged in a business allied to the real estate profession (i.e. mortgage bankers, title companies, insurance brokers, appraisers, etc)
NOTE: Any renewals after July 2021 will NOT have access to National member benefits.
